You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9ufun will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
9ufun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or account limits are increased.
KYC verification is a standard industry requirement and is designed to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform. Submitting false or fraudulent documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 9ufun may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by SMS or email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 9ufun offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. 10.2 9ufun does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 9ufun's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.4 In all cases where 9ufun's liability is not excluded, 9ufun's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9ufun account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 9ufun collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 9ufun reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
